I actually have a proof copy which looks very nice. However, some of the illustrations were either stretched or scrunched. Probably not enough that you would notice without the original open, but it bothered me enough that I am going to go through and put them in again. Unfortunately, that sets everything else off, plus with there being 90 or so, it is simply time consuming.
